Mr. Hollnagel has been a leader in the aircraft leasing business since 1997, founding one of the world's leading, privately-held commercial aircraft leasing companies. In building one of the fastest growing companies in the industry, Mr. Hollnagel focused on prudent leverage, true equity investment, and an unyielding commitment to all stakeholders. With this focused and simple vision, Mr. Hollnagel grew the company into a commercial aircraft portfolio valued at in excess of $1 billion by some of the world’s leading financial institutions. With Mr. Hollnagel’s guidance, unique financing and fleet solutions were engineered that helped major airlines navigate even the most turbulent of aviation markets. Under his leadership, airlines around the world were able to extract the greatest value from their fleets in both up and down economies, raise financing to support their operations, and manage their overall fleet planning. Hollnagel started his career with United Airlines, working directly for the chief pilot and director of flight operations. He studied aviation administration and finance at Purdue University. With a passion for aviation, Hollnagel began flying at age 15 and has been a multi-engine pilot since 1992.
