AIRPLANE PRIVATE PILOT COURSE
The private pilot course is aimed at people with no prior aviation experience who wish to obtain a license that allows the pilot to act without compensation as a pilot in aircraft used in non-revenue flights, ie flights of leisure, sports, vacation or travel personal, family or friends, or just a walk air, not involving a business.
It is also the first step in the formation of a Professional Pilot. once the title and the Private Pilot License, you may continue with the courses of Airline Transport Pilot and Commercial Pilot.
This course can start at any time and adapt to the student's time availability.
COURSE CONTENT
Theoretical
The training provided during the course covers the official program, offering the chance to attend individualized classes. The syllabus is divided into nine subjects: Regulating Air, Aircraft General Knowledge, Flight Performance and Planning, Human Factors, Meteorology, Navigation, Operational Procedures, Principles of Flight and Communication.
Practical
Must be completed a minimum of 45 hours in real flight, which will be distributed at the normal operating preflight, taxi, cruise, takeoff, landing, navigation, maneuvering, emergency operations and radio communications, including always before each flight preparation and calculation of it.
REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age to start the course is 16 years, but must have reached 17 years before the exams. There is no maximum age for the Private Pilot course.
All minors under 18 years require an authorization to take the course.
Must be in possession of an aviation medical certificate class 1 or class 2 in force. This certificate is obtained through a licensed medical facility.
