COMPANY EVOLUTION
YESTERDAY
Founded in 1989 Aerostudi begun its activity providing industries with consulting capabilities mainly in FEM and CFD Analysis field.
As its know-how increased, including design and testing, Aerostudi approached in 1992 the AEROSPACE field (BDPU#5).
As far as the size of the programs grew up (1995 - EDEN -VVIS BRD) Manufacturing and PA capabilities have been added.
These capabilities were initially performed through selected and qualified suppliers under Aerostudi control and responsibility.
TODAY
In y. 2000 the strategic decision was made to progressively set - up a mechanic and composite material workshop in the available facility, still improving the analysis and drawing capabilities.
N.C. 5 axis milling machine as well as advanced lathe machines are now fully operational and supported by 3D CAM tools, integrated with design systems. Measurement controls are performed by means of high precision ZEISS machine.
Composite material suppliers are under tight PA control by Aerostudi personnel. Some process like curing and trimming are made in Aerostudi facilities.
At the end of 2005 Aerostudi moved to Gorizia in a new building more suitable to company's needs that will allow a further improvement of the efficency.
