Human Factor continuation training for maintenance personnel

Course Outline
This course is in compliance with EASA EC 2042/03, GM145.A.30 (e) Training Syllabus.
The participant will acquire knowledge necessary to perform maintenance tasks in a safe way and environment. It provides detailed discussions on human factor related accidents, human behavior, the classical dirty dozen, the relationship between the human and the organization and physical aspects.
Target Group
All personnel involved in aviation (maintenance).
Prerequisite
Student must be able to read, write and communicate at an understandable level in English language.
Examination
Closed book, multiple-choice examination type with 3 answers. Pass mark is 75%.
