Airborne Innovations was founded in 2004 by Jon Becker.
Jon has 18 years of experience in the UAV and aerial imaging industry, including at Insitu, Aerosonde, and Cloud Cap Technology, wher he contributed to the development of the Aerosonde UAV and the Cloud Cap Piccolo avionics, and has over 500 flight hours of UAV operations.
He contributed to the first 24 hour endurance flight by a sub 30 pound UAV, and the first UAV flight inside a hurricane.
