o 50 cross-country, at least 10 of which are in airplanes
Flight training hours (all after the Private Pilot test passed)
o 20 total (all but 5 hours of instrument in an Airplane Single Engine)
o 10 hours instrument training (With CFII, 5 in a single engine airplane)
o 10 hours in complex single engine airplane
o One 2 hour cross-country day flight (more than 100 nm)
o One 2 hour cross-country night flight (more than 100 nm)
o 3 hours in preparation for the practical in the 2 calendar months prior to the month of the test
Solo or flight hours performing duties of PIC
o 10 total (Airplane Single Engine)
o 1 solo cross-country flight not less than 300 NM
o Full stop landings at three points
o One route segment of at least 250 NM
o 5 hours night VFR
o 10 night landings

o Current knowledge test
o Landing currency
o Current Flight Review
