Ab Initio Pilot Selection

Qualified Pilot Selection
For an airline looking to recruit qualified CPL/IR holders, AAG offer a tailored solution for pilot assessment and selection. Again, using the ADAPT software, the ‘cadet selection team’ are able to provide a blended report to the airline highlighting cadets that are likely to excel in training or those that may provide an element of risk.
