After you obtain your instrument rating toward your Private license you may want to obtain your Commercial license. The Commercial license allows you to receive compensation for your flying and is critical in an aviation career.
Eligibility
Be at least 18 years old
Hold at least a Private Pilot certificate
Able to read, speak, and write English
Pass Knowledge Test
Pass Practical Flight Test
At least a 2nd class Medical is required
Privileges
Able to fly for compensation or hire.
Pilots with out Instrument Ratings have limitations during commercial operations.
There is no restriction to number of passengers although the weight and type of aircraft may require special training.
