The Student Flight Record for Instrument and Commercial pilots complies with Commercial Practical Test Standards for Single and Multi-engine Land and Sea (FAA-S-8081-12C) as well as the Instrument Practical Test Standards for Airplane, Helicopter and Powered Lift (FAA-S-8081-4E, With Changes 1, 2, and 3).
