Composite Curing Systems are applied for pre heating and hardening during (automated) production and re-work/finishing of composite products.
Our curing ovens have the possibility to apply different temperature sections for resin systems that require a post cure cycle after the initial curing. In case of filament winding processes, curing ovens are provided with a mandrel rotation system to prevent sagging of the resin during curing.

BOX OVEN SYSTEMS
In semi-automated installations Autonational Composites mostly fits box oven systems. Depending on the application, this may be an oven in which the product rotates. The programming of these ovens allows for different temperatures with each time interval. Depending on the local situation, electricity or gas is used as fuel. In addition to the necessary functionality and reliability, energy efficiency is a natural part of the Autonational Composites design.
