BAE Systems is a defence company with a long history of driving successful innovation in massively complex integrated systems. We have been helping to defend the largest nations and businesses in the world for over forty years against advanced threats.

The nature of these threats is now changing and the threats have extended into cyber-space. Cyber threats no longer just come from mischievous hackers playing games. They come from organised, smart, stealthy criminal groups and nations, looking to steal intelligence and capital. Attacks pioneered by nation states are now being used to attack businesses of all sizes and standard security technology has dropped in effectiveness from 80% to 20% over the past 10 years.

Additionally criminals are taking advantage of modern communications and computing techniques to plan and conduct their crimes. Our exclusive accreditations are testament to the quality of work we provide: We’re one of only a handful of companies certified by GCHQ (UK Government Communications Headquarters) and CPNI (Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure) as quality-assured cyber incident response providers and are the first company to receive accreditation for both threat intelligence and penetration testing on the Bank of England’s CBEST scheme.
