1977 Beechcraft A36. Offered on our assist owner to sell program. Always dry country based since new. One walk around the exterior and examining the cabin, you will ultimately note that this A36 has been meticulously owned and maintained. It’s condition confirms that it has always been hangared and protected out of the elements. It has very low total time since new with only 3004 hours TTAF. In 12/03, it was fitted with a Factory "0" time engine by Teledyne Continental Motors Inc. model IO-520 that now has only 638 hours on it with very nice compressions for a big bore Continental. It also received a complete new spar to comply with the Beechcraft model 33, 35 and 36 reoccurring Spar AD. This was followed by a complete strip and a beautiful finish in 1999 again, all performed by respected Beegle Aircraft in Colorado.
Ultimately, this A36 has many more features to consider when depicting the current A36 market. Century 3 Autopilot fully coupled to the WAAS equipped Garmin GTN-750 GPS/NAV/Com and the fail safe Bendix King KX-155A with localizer. The engine is managed by a well respected JPI EDM-830 Graphic Engine Monitor. Very nice paint (8), 2011 Carpet and 2010 Leather seating (9). Complete logs from new. All AD’s, SB’s complied with. All 337’s and 8130’s are available for your due diligence.
