Our field of expertise:
Since 2003, Bureau Veritas has been deeply involved in the strategic reorganisation of the French state aviation, with the objective to enhance cooperation with civil stakeholders, to improve fleet availability, and to reduce cost while keeping a high and uniform level of safety. To achieve this objective, the French MoD has implemented a new regulatory framework in order to promote safety culture amongst Armed Forces.
In parallel, Bureau Veritas was engaged with EDA and the MAWA Forum in big changes at the European level, helping to successful implement and manage European Military airworthiness requirements.
Thanks to its experience in aviation safety and international collaboration, Bureau Veritas can help either Military Aviation Authorities (MAA) or Armed Forces in the set-up and implementation of new regulatory standards.
We offer :

- Development of guidance material for military aircraft type-certification, airworthiness management, and flight operations
- Drafting/development of policies, regulations and procedures for State Aircraft

- Assistance to the Armed Forces for the compliance to regulatory standards and implementation of best aviation practices.
