This heavy-duty noise-reducing headset has dual earphones, a flexible microphone boom with noise-compensating electret microphone and comes with an optional ambient noise level limiter (CT-ASR). For safety reasons, CeoTronics expressly recommends the use of headsets with level-limited ambient sound reception (ASR), to ensure sounds such as warning signals always remain audible.

The CT-HD Headset is intended for simplex operation with radios and is equipped with a large-format CT-HeavyDuty PTT key for radio operation.
