Classic Wings Aero Services is the Fixed base Operator (FBO) at the Ken Jernstedt Airfield (4S2) in Hood River, Oregon.
The airport is located two miles south of the City of Hood River, nestled in the orchards of the Hood River Valley.

Classic Wings Aero Service was established in 2009 to replac the previous FBO, Flight Line Services, as the primary service provider for the Hood River Airport. We assist local and transient pilots alike with our public facilities, pilot shop, flight training, and aircraft rentals.
We have a small town atmosphere here wher local pilots frequent the FBO for coffee and conversation. Our newest pilots, Gorge locals whose photos decorate our walls, stop in for flight instruction or to take out one of our planes, which are available for rental to any licensed and current pilot.
Visitors and locals alike seeking an aerial view of the beautiful Hood River Valley, the Columbia River, and Mt. Hood come to Classic Wings for sightseeing flights. And with Hood River's diverse offering of outdoor activities like kiteboarding, windsurfing, hiking and biking to name a few, many transient pilots find their way to Classic Wings en route to their weekend plans.
Our helpful and friendly employees are familiar with aviation and share the common goal of assisting anyone who walks in the door. We offer airport parking, assistance with travel arrangements, information on area hotels and activities, and help with any local flying questions.
The FBO is open seven days a week from:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Oct – Apr)
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (May – Sept)
