DEscriptION

This amazingly clean, low-time '74 V35B Bonanza is a rare piece of machinery with only 1,944 hours total time since new, a super rare Robertson STOL Kit, gorgeous paint, glass and interior; Garmin IFR GPS & Transponder, King KX-155 w/ Glideslope, PMA-7000B Audio Panel, JPI Engine Analyzer, Shadin Digital Fuel Flow and a low time facotry reman engine. This aircraft has had four longtime owners and has always been hangared. The aircraft was owned by a Kansas Bank from 1973 to 1980, then by a doctor in Houston, TX from 1980 to 2000. The doctor lost his medical and the aircraft was stored from 1985 to 2000. It was purchased by a Temecula, California I.A. in 2000 that performed a ground-up restoration of the airframe, including the paint, glass. interior and most of the avionics and he completed this restoration in January 2006. The last owner purchased the aircraft in 2009 and owned it until this year. After a thorough annual inspection, Dan Howard flew this aircraft from Prineville, Oregon to Seattle, WA, to Los Angeles, CA and then all the way to Tulsa, Oklahoma and the aircraft performed very well. And, he actually took off from Pagosa Springs, CO on this trip, with full fuel, 200 lbs pilot, 225 lbs in bags, at a gross weight of 300 lbs below max gross takeoff weight. The density altitude at Pagosa Springs at that time was exactly 9,000' MSL. With full flaps, and full power, the aircraft took off with a ground roll of just less than 1,000' !! And, this takeoff was captured on video. This Robertson STOL Kit really does make a difference !! This is a very clean aircraft that performs beautifully. Fresh May 2017 annual inspection!
