Initial Training
As a professional Pilot, you will need technical knowledge and skills related to your future responsibilities. The Ab-Initio integrated training is perceived by Airlines as a real reference.
Esma aviation academy is approved by the highest European authorities EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency), meeting the requirements of new European regulation AIRCREW and recognized as an Approved Training Organization (ATO) for Ab-Initio trainings.
Every graduate of the integrated ATPL program confirms that ESMA Pilot training program offers more than a Pilot licence.
At the end of the training, each Pilot trainee is fully prepared and confident to face all challenges of his new work environment, complying with worldwide Airlines requirements.
Two types of programs are proposed:
Pilot training: the integrated program
The ATPL Integrated program is designed for candidates who have nor or little flying experience.
This particular pilot training takes place in an ATO (Approved Training Organization), whose training program is approved by the French and European authorities (DGAC / EASA).
However dense, the training program is perfectly suited and places the student Pilot in a very professional context, allowing to master all flight technics and procedures in order to begin a career as professional Pilot.
All Airline companies outsourcing the training of their Pilot cadets to an ATO always require the integrated training program.
The integrated Pilot program lasts for 18 months. This program is divided in two parts: 9 months for the ATPL theory (Airline Transport Pilot License), and 9 months of practice. The majority of our students integrate the Pilot training program after the A-level.
ESMA Aviation Academy proposes an EASA initial Pilot training compounded of the following phases:
Pilot training: the modular program
The ATPL modular program is designed for candidates with previous flying experience which must include the pre-entry requirement of a Private Pilot's License (PPL) acquired in a flying club.
The modular program, unlike the integrated program, is entirely managed by the trainee.
The majority of the training is done in a flying club (PPL, Refinement and Development).
However, all 14 modules of the ATPL, the CPL/IR and the MCC are undertaken within ESMA Aviation Academy.
