At ESMA Aviation Academy the Airport Ground Staff sector exist since 1990. All programs are designed either to individuals who desire to undertake a vocational training or to airline transport companies wishing to qualify/develop their staffs.

The appendix 1 of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) summarizes the licenses that any organization working within the aeronautical field must hold.
