once parts have been machined or molded, we can provide any of the following secondary services to improve quality, reduced handling & shipping and maintain traceability:
Fabrication - installation of EMI shielding, nut plates, ground studs, gaskets, PEM nuts
Finishing - shot peening, sandblasting, Cadmium plating, chemical film, anodizing, iriditing, painting or powdercoating
Marking - labeling, inkjet, stamping, silk screening or painting of logos
Assembly - assembly of sub-systems
Inspection - Magnetic particle, liquid penatrant and X-Ray
We order and process all additional sub-components, coordinate timely delivery, and provide our customers with the finished assembly.
