Details

Executive Flyers, Inc. offers a Commercial license course. The Commercial license is the next level of training after your Private license and Instrument rating. Commercial pilots learn to control the aircraft to higher standards than Private pilots and can also receive payment for flying passengers. This license is required for those wishing to become Flight Instructors or those wishing to make Aviation their career.

Ground Training

Your ground training is accomplished using our state-of-the-art Computer based Instruction program that uses fully interactive graphics and full motion video. You’ll build on your existing knowledge, by studying more details about flying, learn new aircraft maneuvers, plus much more.

Flight Training

Flight training is completed in new and classic Cessna and Piper aircraft plus our complex (retractable landing gear) training aircraft. Our aircraft are all equipped with the latest radios and avionics (including GPS receivers). You’ll practice controlling the aircraft more precisely and learn new maneuvers; commercial pilots must show mastery of the aircraft.

Prerequisites

You will need a Private Pilot License, or a Instrument Rating, and at least a third class medical. You will need a second class medical to exercise the privileges of a commercial pilot.

An instrument rating is not required to receive a Commercial license, however, without an instrument rating, your commercial license will be limited to flights within 50 nautical miles of an airport and you will be unable to carry passengers at night.
