Walter Kampsmann, himself a first-rate aerobatics pilot and CEO of Westflug Aachen LLC was intrigued by these benefits early on, making him the proud owner of the first Extra 300 with type certification in 1991. Enthusiastic about the capabilities of Extra products, he went on to launch EXTRABATICS, an aerobatics training facility within the framework of his Westflug Aachen flying school, and now uses the aircraft both as an instructor in training and as a successful competitor in aerobatic events.
Apart from being a flying school, Westflug Aachen LLC offer a whole range of additional services from sale to maintenance and repair (see our website at www.westflug.de). Our personnel are highly qualified, experienced and familiar with any type aircraft. Conveniently located at Aachen-Merzbrück airfield, they can take care of any customer's aircraft right after landing.
With regard to Extra aircraft, Westflug LLC offer an all-inclusive service. Before making a purchase decision, you will be given the opportunity of taking an aerobatics course and/or receiving a full briefing on an Extra model.
