Fair Weather Flyers began as a culmination of a dream of entrepreneurship and running a shop of his own, by Bill Musselman. When the chance to open an Aircraft Maintenance shop presented itself in Prosser WA, Bill left his job at Inter-State Aviation in Pullman WA to build the business out of an empty hangar located at 219 Nunn Road.
Since then, Fair Weather Flyers has also acquired a hangar on the Ephrata WA (KEPH) Airport with the same great services that are given at Prosser.
Fair Weather Flyers has been in business in Prosser WA @ S40 since 2009. Bill and Cherie have settled into the community of Prosser and enjoy the community and the friends they have made along the way.
Bill brought Cherie on board full time to help run Fair Weather Flyers. Cherie runs the day to day operations of the business end and sells Pilot supplies and gifts in the main business office located at 15 West Nunn Road.

Fair Weather Flyers is involved in the local EAA Chapter 1466, donating time and money to the Chapter to help ensure its success. Cherie is a member of the AOPA and EAA and is learning how to fly her Cessna 150. Bill is an EAA member and the EAA Technical Advisor for the local chapter on the Prosser airport. Bill and Cherie maintain involvement in the GA world by looking for new ways as the FBO on the Prosser & Ephrata airports to serve the flying community and by supporting the Prosser & Ephrata WA airports.
