The Next-Generation 737-900ER (Extended Range) is the latest member of the 737 airplane line, the world's best-selling jetliner family. The higher-capacity, longer-range derivative of the 737-900 was launched on July 18, 2005, with an order for 30 airplanes from Indonesia's Lion Air. This collectible, easy-to-assemble 1:200-scale model of the 737-900ER was reproduced from Boeing engineering drawings and is made of precision-molded plastic with a weighted body and special wood-base stand with an engraved plaque.
