ACS actively supports the Scottish Aero Club - the only aero club operating on the field. The SAC, located in Hangar 1, has been continuously operating from Perth since 1956, and provides its members with a comprehensive range of services including aircraft hangarage, regular fly-outs, fly-ins, educational evenings, all manner of social activities, and a regular news bulletin by email, plus a twice yearly Club Magazine, Plane Talking.
SAC Members receive discounted landing fees, free Out of Hours Permits and discounted rates at the Skylodge Hotel, which is located right on the airport, and is less than a 5 minute walk from Club premises. There are several types of membership available to pilots and non-pilots alike; please click on www.scottishaeroclub.org.uk, then Join/Renew Membership to view membership types. Affiliate membership is available for only £25 per year to members of other UK Flying Clubs.
