Make Windshields, windows, or any other part to only the highest standards... second to none.
Keep customer trimming to a minimum (limited to aircraft variation).
Offer and sell parts which we would install in our own aircraft.
Help customers with any questions they may have to the best of our ability.
2) Ship parts in a timely manor.
Parts are usually made upon order and ship within a few days after the order is placed.
Large orders may take more time.
3) We believe in selling FAA/PMA APPROVED parts.
Exceptions:
Parts which are still awaiting the addition to our PMA letter from the FAA. These parts are usually labeled with: "PMA Pending" or "NA" (Not Available)- Call GLAP for the latest information on these parts as the information in the catalog or web site may be out of date.
If the aircraft in question does not carry a United States - FAA Type Certificate "TC". These parts in our catalog should be labeled with "EXPERIMENTAL" on the page.
The part is not intended for use on an aircraft.
Cleaners, wipes, polishes etc do not need to be approved.
