E-SORS

What is E-SORS?

E-SORS stands for EBAA-Safety Occurrence Reporting System. E-SORS is the EBAA Tool centralizing all business aviation safety matters with a view to enhance the safety culture information exchange between its users. With a clear objective to enhance the aviation safety culture across Business Aviation Community at a Pan-European level, E-SORS will bring together all interested parties willing to share and exchange information on their safety culture, offering each user with a full overview of the current state of play of Business Aviation safety top-issues and current industry developments.

To whom E-SORS is designed for?
Representing the voice of business aviation across Europe for almost 40 years, EBAA has a tremendous experience in promoting excellence and professionalism in the business aviation industry. It enables its members to deliver best-in-class safety and operational efficiency, while representing their interest at all levels in Europe. This ensures that business aviation receives proper recognition of business aviation as a vital part of the aviation infrastructure, supporting local and national economic developments. E-SORS represents the next step in raising business aviation safety culture to the next level by addressing all safety matters in a single place for all operators.
On September 23 2016, the EBAA held its first E-SORS Workshop in Milan Malpensa, Italy. Business aviation operators were given the opportunity to get a hands-on introduction to features and functionality of the new safety occurrence reporting system
The next E-SORS workshop is scheduled for end-November 2016 in Vienna during the EBAA Annual Safety Conference. For more information, please go to http://esors.ebaa.org. If you are interested in joining the E-SORS community, go to the “Access to Safety Data Repository”.
