Harford Air was established in 1996, and the owner has almost 30 years of flying experience and over 20 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
Kevin Hess is the owner and operator of Harford Air. He received his pilot license at KCI Aviation, his degree in Aviation at Salem College and his A&P, Aircraft & Power Plant Certification at Rice Aviation. He has over 25 years experience in general aviation. He was the 2001 “Flight Instructor of the Year” for Maryland presented by the Maryland DOT & FAA.
