Helivia Aero Taxi, S.A., a Greenwich AeroGroup company, is a Part 135 offshore and onshore helicopter charter company established in 1987. Our main office is located in Rio de Janeiro, a Part 145 repair station and operating base and hangar facility in Macaé, Brazil.
We are dedicated to supporting oil and gas customers throughout the Brazilian region. Helivia has gathered considerable expertise in passenger transportation in the oil and gas industry, operating under the highest safety and quality standards for oil companies.
Our team consists of dedicated professionals who have worked for some of the world’s most diligent and challenging customers both in Brazil and overseas, providing us with the knowledge and expertise to provide proven solutions to industry needs.
Helivia continues to demonstrate that it is possible for a company to balance production and safety. In 2013, Helivia became an active member of the International Helicopter Safety Team (IHST) and the JHST, its Brazilian division.
In 2014, Helivia was recognized by CENIPA (Centre of Investigation and Prevention of Accidents) and became a member of the (CNPAA) National Committee for the Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents.
We currently employ a team of 60 highly qualified and experienced professionals, and our fleet includes three Sikorsky S-76 C+s.
