Detailed Description

Made of Philippine mahogany, this hand painted and detailed, 1/96 scale model of a C47A Skytrain flown by the 81st Troop Carrier Squadron, 436th Troop Carrier Group, during the D-Day Invasion in 1944, measures 8" long with a 12" wingspan and arrives ready to display on the included wood base with a history plate.
