Research and Technology: This activity  is located in early project phases. It aims at offering innovative solutions to our clients through technical, technological and competitor monitoring and a creative resolution process. These offered solutions include: incremental innovation on the product development, technical and technological breakthrough, industrial processes adaptation and more...
   
Technical specifications writing: Through requirements identification and functional analysis with specifications implementation: functions (service constraint) inventory, characterization...
   
Design: Our organization in project mode sees project managers and engineers working together on technical issues. based on technical specifications, we develop products and systems by implementing a coordinated and simultaneous engineering approach with our different business lines: risk management, maintenance, numerical simulation... On functional analyze basis, we develop technical solutions to meet the requirements and we order, structure and value these last. Best configurations are then developed and formalized in CAD. Then, based on the functional quotation, detailed design plans are established. Our services also include the System Performance Justification for Achievement (design calculations and sizing), the compliance verification with all technical requirements (traceability matrix and compliance), and documentary writing associated with file definition and justification file.

This strategic positioning makes INGELIANCE a well-known company for its ability to support customers on major projects and high-tech sectors. Thus, we now operate on the design of aircraft structures (central section, wings...); on VIP aircraft cabin and jumbo jets design completion (composite furniture...); on on-board multi technological equipments technical design (aerospace, shipbuilding, automobile sectors) and, on development of industrial products for mass market but also on specific systems (weapon handling and launch, test benches, complex tool...).
On each of these projects, we deploy multiple technical and technological expertises: general mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, mechatronics, materials/structures including complex composites.
