The Baron 58 has been in production for 48 years and still continues to be produced today. based at Raleigh/Durham International Airport, our aircraft is the newest version offered by Beechcraft, the Baron G58 which is equipped with state of the art Garmin 1000 avionics, weather radar, air-conditioning and upgraded de-ice systems. The Baron has been a long time favorite in the twin-engine piston aircraft for both family and business travelers because this plane can utilize runways as short as 3000’ and can carry up to 1550 lbs of passengers and luggage. With a total seating capacity of 6, this plane also has the club seating configuration for 4 passengers behind the 2 pilot seats. It’s very convenient to carry on conversations or play a game of cards enroute to your personal destination. Our plane has leather seats and a table in the back which stows in the sidewall of the interior. A big bonus is the aft location of the passenger entry doors which makes it an easy step into the cabin, no climbing up on the wing. There is also abundant luggage space in both the large double door aft cargo compartment and the forward storage in the nose of this plane. The average cruise speed is 230 MPH and it has a max range of 500 NM.
