Warranty and Post-Warranty Servicing
Servicing activities begin to run on the date of handover of the relevant work. Warranty servicing is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation. Our customers are standardly offered 36-month warranty for assembly and technology supplied, depending on the suppliers of the relevant technologies, but no less than 24 months.
All our customers also have access to the “hot line”, which is available to our customers 24/7.
Periodical Activities
Periodical activities include revisions, function tests, system inspections, operability inspections, and operation tests.
The purpose of the periodical activities is to discover any shortcomings in the system and to remove such shortcomings thereafter.
