Model Action Plans lay down recommended model procedures, rules and measures for every specific crisis situation. According to the Government Decree No. 431/2010 Coll. these plans are parts of the Ministerial Crisis Plan.
The Ministry of the Industry and Trade formed in it’s own competence:
Model Action Plan for solution of the emergency situations concerning a large dimension disturbance of the electronic communication services open to public.
Model Action Plan for solution of the emergency situations concerning a large dimension disturbance of the postal services.
Model Action Plans were formed by the Department of Security and Crisis Management in cooperation with the Department of Electronic Communication and Postal Services and with the Czech Telecommunication Office and the joint-stock company České Radiokomunikace and state-owned company Česká pošta according to the methodology published by the Ministry of Interior.The Ministry of the Industry and Trade formed in it’s own Model Action Plans were authorized by the Minister of Industry and Trade on 14th February 2011.
