Over the years, a company that began over 100 years ago as a brass foundry has evolved into a group operating on an international basis. In 2015 over 8,700 committed staff achieved a turnover of € 2.4 billion. OTTO FUCHS KG is the nucleus and powerhouse of the group. Prudent internationalisation on the one hand along with an eye on maintaining the company’s competitiveness are the underlying principles of the family business in its endeavour to achieve sustainability.

A wealth of experience, a high level of expertise in materials and quality operating equipment that is unrivalled have always put us in a position to provide sound technological and economical solutions for ever- changing customer requirements. This is not possible with off-the-shelf products. We offer our customers an optimum combination of materials and manufacturing processes for their varying requirements. We stock around 150 different aluminium, magnesium, titanium, nickel and copper alloys and are always able to provide a technologically optimised product for every possible application. If there is no suitable material for a required application, then we develop it.
