Our facilities in ontario and Sun Valley California are FAA / EASA authorized and are ISO9001 / AS9100 certified. Our facilities operate as fully licensed and factory authorized Honeywell repair centers with capabilities that encompass Commercial and Military Avionics, Autopilot, Air Data, and Flight Guidance Systems.

Manufacturing Services
In 1961, Otto developed the first "Rotating Dial True Airspeed Indicator" for aircarft. Since that time, Otto has designed and manufactured components for a wide range of applications including commercial, military, and general aviation.
Our work is performed to the most stringent FAA and U.S. Military standards. All work performed is cost-effective, within budget, and completed according to the projected time schedules.
We are FAA PMA approved and manufacturer aircraft components and test accessories based on customer requirements such as Engine Wire Harness Assemblies and Ground Support Equipment.
