Training for the Multi-Engine Rating can be completed with a visual flight rules program (VFR) or with an instrument program (IFR).
The Multi-Engine Rating (VFR) requires two stages of training and approximately 10 flight hours. Stage one includes the procedures to fly the aircraft in VFR conditions under normal flight procedures. Stage two adds emergency flight procedures in VFR conditions.
Our Multi-Engine training aircraft is a Piper Seminole, picked up from the factory in October 2002. The aircraft is equipped dual Garmin 430 Avionics and is in excellent condition.
