"Promavtomatica" is a private joint stock company and has been supplying during 19 years European and Ukrainian industrial complex with wire harnesses (cable assemblies). Our main lines of activity are:
- Design and production of on-board cable systems for helicopters and aircrafts, considering electromagnetic compatibility with other on-board systems and HIRF. Carrying out its modernization and optimization by criteria: weight, technological effectiveness, cost;
- Development of integrated aircraft engine start systems and systems of power supply, that include systems of generating and distributing of AC and DC;
- Producing and putting through qualification trial testing units designed for carrying out power supply cable systems testing;
- Development and production of switchgear, relay blocks, circuit breaker assemblies, flight deck control panels;
- Development and production of aircraft lighting equipment on a base of light emitting diode technology, which provides high operating reliance, low power consumption, improved lighting characteristics: taxying lights; landing headlights, angle and angle of azimuth controlled from the pilot's cockpit; on-board navigation lights.
"Promavtomatica" PJSC produces a wide range of cable assemblies. In particularly, this includes classic and leak-tight with sealants low-frequency cable assemblies, high-frequency cables, power cables, which includes a use of aluminium cables, fiber optics etc. Carrying out production of integrated on-board cable assemblies, as well as its' separate elements, cables, electric distribution parts etc.
"Promavtomatica" PJSC produces electric cables (cable assemblies) according to design documentation provided by the Client, as well as develops its' own design according to Client's requirements on every item. All produced cables, assemblies go through obligatory computer-aided testing.
In the process of development main principles are: minimizing the weight, cost improvement and increasing assembly performance. The rest of technical and operating characteristics stay at the required level.
