R.W. Raddatz, Inc. was founded by Robert W. Raddatz in 1987. Since then, RWR has been serving its customers with the highest quality of repairs of aviation parts.
The team has extensive knowledge and experience of all technologies, required for the manufacturing and repair processes, such as grinding (OD, ID, Jig and Surface), CNC mill and turning, conventional mill and turning, boring mill and jig bores, sawing, honing, RAM EDM, wire EDM, deburring, bench work, assembly, painting and welding (base metal groups I-VI).
For what we don’t do in house we have a fully certified vendor list, whose services include non-destructive testing, heat treating, plasma spraying, nickel, chrome, silver and cadmium plating, corrosion protection and other various metal finishings.
RWR operates on an air‑conditioned shop floor of 20,000 square feet (2200 m2) with new or fully reconditioned equipment to the latest standards.The 20,000 square foot FAA/EASA approved repair shop is built for growth in the upcoming two to five years and can easily be expanded. The lay‑out of the various repair rooms is optimized for efficiency and safety.
