Ran‐Tech Engineering & Aerospace, Inc. is an AS 9100 Rev. C ISO 9001:2008 certified sheet‐metal and precision machined parts manufacturer and assembler located just outside Portland, Oregon. We utilize the latest technology, equipment and methods in manufacturing precision, high‐tolerance, aerospace components and assemblies. We operate in a 25,000 square foot facility with a staff of experienced, non-unio aerospace professionals. Ran‐Tech also employs the latest manufacturing processes and CNC equipment including; 3, 4, and 5‐axis milling, 3‐5 axis turning, high speed CNC routing, water jet and laser cutting, precision brake and hydro forming, and bench assembly. We continuously strive to leverage new technology such as 3D printing for tooling jigs, inspection and drilling fixtures. This all comes together within Ran‐Tech’s RPM system (Ran‐Tech’s Production Management System) wher we utilize a pull system to balance demand in a lean production environment. RPM enables us to provide world‐class responsiveness.
