Introduction
RELLUMIX offers a large range of single, duplex, and automatic filters. Our filters' characteristics are simplicity of operation, efficiency, robustness and commercial sophistication.
All of the following filters can be equipped with standard filter elements usually made of paper, synthetic media, porous material, perforated strip or metal mesh.
Pre-filters
Applications: Oil, Gas-oil, Jet fuel, Water, Solvents
Filtering grade range: from 5 to 100 µm
Filtering media layers: glass fiber, cellulosic paper, stainless steel mesh.
These filters are design for the protection of coalescer or fine filters.
Filter housing are made with castings or welded steel. Simple or duplex assembly design.
Static Filters
Applications: Oil, Gas-oil, Jet fuel, Water, Solvents
Filtering grade range: from 1 to 100 µm
Filtering media layers: glass fiber, cellulosic paper, stainless steel mesh, FIPOCA washers.
Filter housings are tailored under compliance of CODAP or ASME Code.
Simple or duplex assembly design.
Self-Cleaning Filters
Applications: Oil, Gas-oil, Jet fuel, Water
Filtering grade range: from 10 to 100 µm
Filtering media layers: stainless steel mesh, polyester, polyamid, FIPOCA washers (selected for its back-flush cleaning process)
RELLUMIX self-cleaning filter is driven by a fully automated rotating arm which permits continuous operation of the unit for a long period of time without maintenance.
The self-cleaning filter is suitable for filtration of lube and fuel oil for diesel engines (marine, power generation), jet fuel pre-filtration on airport storage, or water injection on oil production fields.
