Overview
Rockwell Collins is a leading supplier of high-performance radar simulation systems for military simulation applications. havin been proven in hundreds of applications worldwide, our radar model represents the most advanced, mature and versatile suite of radar models currently available to the industry. The Rockwell Collins Digital Radar Landmass Simulator (DRLMS) model accurately simulates real-world terrain and cultural feature returns, as well as weather patterns and targets. Configurable parameters allow realistic simulations for a wide range of radar types, including sophisticated fire control radar systems, search radars, navigation radars, high-resolution Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR) imaging modes. All systems can be customized for each application and support a variety of video interfaces for use with either actual or simulated aircraft displays.
