We would never trust our airplanes to someone just because they are a good auto detailer. There's not a whole lot you can hurt on an auto exterior with a pressure washer, spray cleaners and rags. And sprays and cloths won't hurt an auto's radio, speedometer, dash / console switches and controls.
As an airplane owner, you KNOW that airplanes are not the same! We've repaired lots of damage caused by well-meaning people who were not airplane-savvy enough to realize they were doing more harm than good.
