SATOR

Sator is an independent financial group, headquartered in Milan Rome and with offices in Rome and London. It specializes in investments with a medium/long-term horizon. Founded in 2007, the Sator group focuses on Private Equity, Public Equity and Real Estate, applying a ‘corporate’ and managerial approach to its investments. The group’s objectives follow international standards in terms of value creation, management and stakeholder objectives.

Sator carries out its investment activities in Private Equity and Public Equity through Sator Capital Limited (SCL), a management company incorporated in England. On 1 April 2008 SCL was authorized by the Financial Services Authority (now Financial Conduct Authority) to provide investment management services. SCL is fully-owned by the Italian holding company Sator S.p.A. and in October 2008 opened an Italian branch with offices in Rome and Milan.

Real Estate investment activities are carried out by Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A. authorized by the Bank of Italy, an investment company owned 62,25% by Sator Private Equity Fund, 30,25% by Fratelli Puri Negri S.A.p.A. and 7,5% by Cassa Nazionale del Notariato (the Italian notary association private pension fund).
