The new Multi Purpose camera/video rig for MicroDrone 4-200 and quad-copter.
Following the success of the MicroDrone 4-1000 camera/video rig, Scandicraft has developed an entirely new camera/video rig for the MicroDrone 4-200 and similar dr0nes. This is a high-quality product, developed and manufactured in Sweden by Scandicraft. This robust rig is attached onto the landing mounts with the soft mounts of the MicroDrone. It has been equipped with a high quality servo with metal gears for tilt steering. It can also be ordered with a servo able to rotate the camera, useful to eliminate rolling manoeuvres from showing in the camera.
With a net weight of no more than 68 grams, this camera is ideally suited for the new generation of compact cameras from known companies such as Panasonic, Nikon and Go-Pro. Compatible camera width up to 95 mm.
If requested the product can be modified with longer horizontal arms, allowing Panasonic’s new HDC-SD40 super light video camera to be mounted.
The video/camera rig may also be ordered with an unmounted, universal base, allowing custom modifications to how and wher it should be placed on the craft. This allows the rig to point straight forward, be inverted and the like.
