Founded in 1979, Scotia Technology specializes in tube bending, brazing and welding. A business built on the philosophy of fulfilling the needs of our customers. Scotia Technology's manufacturing process holds accreditations with NADCAP and many prime OEMS, with our core quality systems certified to AS9100:2009 Rev C and ISO 9001:2008. From prototype to high volume quantities, we support to all major air framers, engine OEMs and their sub-tiers. Our services extend to commercial, regional and defense platforms both domestically and internationally.
Located in a modern 48,000 sq. ft. lean facility, Scotia Technology is continuously listening to the needs of our customers and planning for the future by investing in the latest technology with the additions of digital X-Ray, automated height gauges and multiple laser vector tube inspection machines. Through demonstrated quality and delivery excellence, we have achieved self-source release status on much of our product. Possessing the means to send electronic file transfers of data, including certifications, pictures and invoicing with barcoded receiving documents to most of our customers.
In support of various customer engineering requirements, Scotia Technology has multiple ITAR compliant file translation capabilities for importing and exporting data, including CATIA 4 and 5, Step, Pro E, IGES, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Unigraphics. Our latest state of the art CNC benders allow direct uploads of coordinate data for precise and repeatable manufacturing to meet and exceed our customers engineering requirements in alloys of Titanium, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Aluminum and exotics. If backward or reverse engineering is needed, we can do that too.
