Within their joint program of training, ASA-SENASA have scheduled the Airport Management Course .
This Airport Management course will enable to understand that the Airport, as a multidisciplinary evolving entity, requires a high level of management. This management presents temporary areas that will be presented to the assistants to enhance their skills in Airport Management resources, increasing their potential and expanding their global knowledge of an Airport Management activity. Upon completion, attendees will achieve the adequate level of performance for an effective and efficient role in the many aspects associated with the Airport and Aviation Management.
Objective:

Legal and legislative framework that applies in the airport environment, specifying the powers and duties the airport management has.
Institutional relationships.
Business plan.
Airport master plan.
Management and optimization of resources.
Crisis management.
And more specifically, the acquisition of skills in:
Traffic prognosis analysis and study for managerial decision making associated to air transportation and services & resources of terminal areas.
Airports classifications.
Business licensing regimes for the provision of services to the customers, including needs of management for each type.
Protocol processes of the Airport Management within the idiosyncrasies of the aviation environment.
Administrative, economic and contracting processes to develop mechanisms for management necessary for the proper development of legal contracts with suppliers.
Technical processes necessary for the optimum development of aviation activity.
Human Resources processes, human capital management.
