Sierra Academy offers a guaranteed job interview to graduates. If selected, the graduate can work as a Certified Flight Instructor for the Academy and get paid. This option is perfect for instructors/pilots needing to build time before applying to become a professional airline pilot.
All of our pilot ratings and courses are accelerated and detail oriented. We focus on not just “what is on the test” but we emphasize overall airmanship and PTS procedures for all of our pilot courses. We expect any pilot enrolled in one of our ratings programs to be punctual, prepared, and dedicated to the profession. In turn we will give you the focus and professionalism you deserve to complete your training.
