Our 141 flight school currently operates a fleet of 54 aircraft ranging from single engine, multi engine, and turbine aircraft. Our fleet is currently seeing upgrades to full Garmin 580 GPS systems. You will find our school operates the Cessna 152/172, Alarus CH2T, Piper Seminole, Piper Arrow, and King Air aircraft. Our instructors are standardized in all types of aircraft based on the ratings they hold. All of Sierra Academy’s aircraft are certified under the FAA 141 syllabus.
Sierra Academy operates one of the largest general aviation maintenance facilities in California. Our staff of maintenance professionals ensures continued operation of our fleet. Our facilities keep our aircraft flying. Our abilities for all inspections and a in house avionics deprtment allows for aircraft to be returned to service with little delay to operations. We operate maintenance 7 days a week and cover all 3 shifts throughout the day.
