History:
based in Illinois from New, then in the late sevanties to late eighties in Oklahoma. Current owner bought it in 1989 nd it has been hangared in Northern California since then. Current owner had the paint done and the padios during his ownership. Complete logs, No damage History, No hail, No Corrosion. These Cherokee 235's have huge useful loads and carry weight well. Tghe big 540 is a very long lived and reliable engine with a 2000 TBO. These planes were built in response to the popularity of the Cessna 182 and Piper offered this larger engined Cherokee as the competition. They carry three quarters of a ton in useful load and cruise at about 140 Kts burning 12 to 14 GPH. This particular plane is a VERY clean well looked after low time version of a popular model.
