South Bay Aviation is one of Los Angeles oldest and largest flight schools. Formed by our president Richard Seals and several other local pilots, it began and has continued to run as a family oriented club. Our goal has always been to provide the best quality aircraft and the most professional training at the lowest competitive prices possible.
As an authorized Cessna Pilot Center, our customers can expect efficient, economical, and structured flight training. Cessna has provided a flight training program designed with you in mind. From our aircraft to our instructors, we strive to provide an enjoyable and affordable flight experience. Our full time instructor staff is led by our chief pilot Jason Demos. These instructors are some of the highest time and most experienced certified flight instructors in the Los Angeles area.
Our modern fleet of aircraft are well equipped and serviced by our in-house maintenance staff dedicated to only our fleet of airplanes. We have never charged membership or club dues, and we don’t charge for the use of our headsets, overnight fees, nor multiple day use of our aircraft.
